Cash In My Pocket

It’s funny how a tough hip hop kid from Dandenong who busks for a job can be heard by one man and then become a hit-maker. I remember seeing Daniel at the Metro, and opening for Kanye and loving how he looked like a shaved hair ruffian and sounded like a Motown singer minus the synchronized choreography. I listened to the Smith’s cover- Stop Me If You Think That You’ve Heard This One Before- Daniel’s first collaboration with New York producer- Mark Ronson’s from his Version album so many times on my I-Pod it sounded scratchy like a record. I can now put- Wiley and Daniel’s new song on my new rotation.

I must say this is a great article i enjoyed reading it keep the good work
