LF Week
louise goldin & house of holland

Catwalk styling has a lot to do with the show. As a whole Louise Goldin presents amazing technical vision. Slick make up from the future, hidden under contrasting blunt overgrown hide and seek fringes and textural knits to soften the black leather robotic armours- but I bet if you see each piece hanging in a Browns the impact would be lost. House of Holland has the opposite effect. The pantone colour palette head to toe may be easy on the eye for an east end kid used to fluros, but during fashion week the gradient shades are even a little full on to a girl who never wears black. That is until the show finishes and we see Holland fans like Agyness and Pixie mix his pieces into their repertoire and all of a sudden broken up into tiny pieces the colour swatches of fabric of definitive must haves.
