It was love at first sight. I met Sami when I first arrived in London. I had just turned down a job working on Where The Wild Things Are to move overseas and assumed I would have to turn back jobs due to being so booked up. How wrong I was… I decided to help out at London Fashion Week free of charge. As I was venturing to the Natural History Museum day one I looked at my watch and realised I was late so decided to start a high heel jog. I look over to see an amazing outfit start to run alongside me. There he was in all of his flamboyant colours, Sami and I have been friends ever since and now comes my proud moment.. he was just shot by SHOWstudio’s Nick Knight and live streamed from Somerset House for 100 portraits for i-D magazine.
