When I was growing up i had a Ken Done bikini and doona cover and I thought I was so grown up and cool.

I'm so glad he is making a comeback...I love these covers.

Photographer Fiona Quinn sharing some casting shots of Red 11′s Tori Trigg. Beautiful mermaid hair and sea salt eyes but it’s
Tori’s casting outfit that caught my eye. I’ve seen a lot of models in the line up of casting and most follow the rule of baggy tee and black jeans…To me this is the perfect ensemble.. near nude yet amazing vintage bustier and painted on dark tan skinny’s, not to mention her glowing clear skin.

I can’t wait to see the shoot.

Grazia Australia Beauty, Photographer Paul Scala, Model?

I worked in beauty at a magazine momentarily and I don’t claim to be much of an expert but I know nail shoots are hard to avoid a cliche. This shoot is crystal cool and I nearly ignored it as Australian magazines tend to use photo stock ignoring the importance of original images for beauty stories.

Well I’m glad I googled the Grazia sidebar as I discovered Photograher/Director Paul Scala is Australian, hometown Sydney yet works in London. His fashion images are strong but I love the beauty shots.

The choices of models, the peaches, nectarine and cream make up and the close ups are my idea of framed beauty. Stunning.

Louise Van De Vorst for Manning Cartell’s Autumn/Winter 2012 lookbook Varga Girl. Louise is the perfect lookbook model…striking with a killer athletic body, a strong stare and that beautiful milk bottle skin.

I love a clashing print that looks like 2 labels thrown together… mix in some checkerboard black and white leather and lace and I am already waiting to order.

Fallen Magazine….Colour Me Pretty, Photographer Lucie Hugary, Stylist David Aliperti, Make Up Javier Romero, Hair Vivi Lapidus, Model Sofya Titova from Next.

Fallen magazine is just getting better. I love this shoot, Sofya the 5.9 and a half Russian is a new face and yet every angle is stunning.

The shirting is Murphy Brown worthy.
